Race Preview : Enduro World Series Round 4 Winter Park, Colorado

, during round #1 of the Enduro World Series at Punta Ala, Italy. With Dan Atherton working on his dislocated shoulder back home Martin goes it alone in Colorado!

There is big media expectation for the youngster, especially in light of his 2nd place overall at last weekend’s Mountain of Hell but Team Director Dan Brown says “ We’re very keen that Martin doesn’t put himself under any undue pressure. We just want him to enjoy his riding.  What we all have to remember is that Martin is only 16 year old. He’ll miss having Dan alongside but mechanic Matteo and dad Patric (himself 23 times a Belgian National Champion will be there to guide and help him along.”

Current situation – team perspectives

Martin said “ I was a bit nervous coming to the USA for the first time – they have great cars though! I’m also sad for Dan and disappointed  that he is not here with his wise advice  but I can lean on Patric my dad, and I have great respect for Matteo as well as we have a lot of fun so I’m looking forward to a great trip.
